Pat Mastandrea is the CEO and Founding Partner of SRiCheyenne. During her 19 years in the executive recruitment industry, she has worked with clients worldwide on more than 400 CEO, board directors, CMO and other C-Suite executive management searches for both public and privately held companies. She has particular expertise with private equity backed businesses. Pat is often tapped when there is a turnaround situation or high growth demands for a business, regardless of size, scope or scale. She has supported businesses of several million in revenue up to multi-billion dollar global organizations.
Pat’s clients span media, technology, information and communications, with content being the overriding variable for both business to business and business to consumer. She works with businesses that have reach across all platforms of distribution. Big data and consumer internet and e-commerce are an equally key part of Pat’s area of specialization.
Many of Pat’s clients are established and well-known brands including Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Samsung, Warner Bros., BBC Worldwide, Huffington Post, and Sony BMG. The private equity firms in her portfolio of clients include Providence Equity, Bain Capital, EOS, Clarity Partners, Great Hill Partners, Wasserstein, MidOcean, KKR and the venture firm, Vulcan Ventures.
Prior to SRiCheyenne, Pat ran Monster Worldwide’s global, media, information and communications practice group, and was the launch Managing Director of Sky Television in the UK.
Pat lives in Westport, Connecticut and is an avid golfer and a practicing triathlete. She is an active participant for a number of non-profit organizations including Covenant House, Shatterproof, National Kidney Foundation, Leukemia Foundation and the ASPCA.
Bill is a Partner in New York and brings to the team a deep understanding of both linear and digital sales, marketing, sports and entertainment. He is the former chairman/CEO of Magna Global and Vice-Chairman of Draft/FCB. His 15 years at Interpublic on the media side, working with clients like Coca-Cola and Johnson and Johnson, gave him invaluable insights into the world of brand marketing. As CEO of Magna Global, Bill spearheaded a programming division that was responsible for developing and producing approximately 250 hours of prime time movies, specials and reality shows. He co-produced “The Restaurant” with Mark Burnette and Ben Silverman, two of the most successful Hollywood producers.
Bill also has an extensive background in sports and served as Chief Revenue Officer of the Pac-12 Conference, a first ever 7 network start-up. Prior, as Head of ABC Sports Sales, Bill created pro-forma’s for all bids on all major and minor sports leagues, conferences and governing bodies. He was the lead media negotiator for the sponsorship packages for the 1994 World Cup and purchased the largest sponsorship package ever for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
Bill’s search focus is on digital sales, marketing and finance functions mainly in the sports, advertising and entertainment space. He has successfully recruited the Executive Vice-President of sales for the PAC-12 Conference, the Head of Sales for the El Rey Network ( a subsidiary of Univision, Inc.), the Managing Director for the Subway account at Mediacom and the Chief Financial Officer at Wasserman Media in Los Angeles.
Bill has been recognized as a Media Maven twice, was listed as the 7th Most Powerful Person in Television and in 2007 was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame. He holds a BA from Iona College, and attended post-graduate studies at Columbia University and attended Stamford University’s Director’s College. He is a Board member of two public companies, TiVo and Crown Media. Bill and his family live in Manhattan.
Christine has over twenty years of retained executive search experience spanning the full organizational spectrum for industry leading public and private companies. Her search career includes both corporate and vendor side experience, having worked on the internal executive search team at Apple Computer as well as with established search firms TMP/TASA and David Powell, Inc. In addition, she ran her own retained firm serving venture capital funded technology companies.
Christine leads the SRiCheyenne’s Boston office and works across all of the firm’s practice areas, with a focus on technology and information services. She also conducts best practices and talent consulting projects. Her clients have included Apple, Bloomberg BNA, Deloitte, and National Geographic.
She holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and is a Mentor at StartX, the Stanford Student Startup Accelerator. In her spare time Christine is gardening with her husband or making works of art with her daughter.
Mary is a credentialed executive search consultant with a stellar reputation for being a talent strategist with clients throughout the media, entertainment and information industries. Prior to SRiCheyenne, she held key executive roles at Monster Worldwide and Herbert Mines Associates, a leading boutique retained search firm serving the retail industry. She joined SRiCheyenne in 2006.
Mary provides clients with superior talent across a broad array of functional c-suite areas including CEO, President, General Manager, HR, CFO, CMO, Sales, Business Strategy and Product Development. Serving major corporations, start-ups and private equity backed companies, some of her key clients include Bloomberg, Wolff Olins, OnCourse Learning, ReachLocal and the Daily Voice. Mary also provides consulting services to high potential executives to help them to better manage their careers and professional transitions. As Managing Partner, Mary manages the day to day operations of the firm and has been instrumental with the development of the firm’s presence in the marketplace, as well as the launch of new consulting products and services.
Mary earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Maryland. She is an avid swimmer and serves as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Saint Leo University. Mary and her family live in Westchester.
Beverly Weinstein joined SRiCheyenne after leading her own successful consulting and search practice for the past two decades. She has extensive media experience and a reputation for placing top executives in all areas of sales, operations, marketing and research.
Beverly’s client base ranges from legacy brands including Lifetime, The History Channel, AMC and The Weather Channel to working with high profile digital start-up Vevo.com. She recently worked closely with iHeart Media on building their digital ad sales group. Start-up and mid-stage digital companies are also a major part of her client roster.
Prior to founding Markham Media, Beverly held senior roles in advertising sales and entertainment marketing. She was the first account executive hired to sell MTV and eventually headed New York sales for MTV, VH1, and Nickelodeon. On the marketing side, Beverly served as Senior Vice President of Media Services at iconic movie studio Orion Pictures, directing media marketing campaigns for films including Academy Award winners Dances with Wolves and Silence of the Lambs. She worked for Pat Mastandrea at Whittle Communications as Vice President of Sales for Special Reports.
Beverly began her career in advertising sales at Woman’s Day Magazine after graduating from NYU. She is a past Board President of Young Audiences New York and continues as an active board member. Beverly lives in an art filled Manhattan brownstone with her husband, a well known photographer.
Sonia Norville is an Associate with SRiCheyenne providing recruitment support to successfully drive the search process from inception to completion across various search assignments. Sonia commenced her search career with SRiCheyenne’s Los Angeles office in 2005 as Executive Assistant/Researcher following her tenure at MTV Networks. She was then recruited and joined Headway Corporate Resources as a Recruiter in Newport Beach and eventually transferred to Headway’s New York office.
In late 2010, Global Employment Solutions acquired Headway’s NY office. During her tenure at Global, she worked as a Senior Staffing Manager and exclusively recruited for Toys R Us and 18Conde Nast Publications including: Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, Glamour, Allure, Golf Digest and The New Yorker. Sonia relishes filling a firm’s most challenging roles and has been successful across multiple disciplines including: Marketing/Creative, Supply Chain, Accounting/ Finance and IT.
Sonia Norville possesses a BFA in Drama from New York University and an MFA in Film & Television Producing from UCLA. She is a dance enthusiast who is also passionate about travel, romance languages and the great outdoors. A resident of central New Jersey, Sonia enjoys a quiet suburban lifestyle with her husband, and their two four-legged children: a lovable Husky mix and his temperamental feline sidekick, an orange Tabby.
Caroline Sweet is an Associate in the Los Angeles office. She joined SRiCheyenne in 2009 as Executive Assistant to the CEO and has worked her way through the ranks landing as an Associate responsible for supporting the overall recruitment and marketing efforts of the firm. She works closely alongside the Partners identifying and assessing high quality candidates for various search assignments and also handles SRiCheyenne brand marketing.
Prior to joining SRiCheyenne, Caroline worked in Public Relations at Strategic Group, a full service public relations, marketing, special events and promotions company based in New York City. She served as publicist for several lifestyle brands including Coca-Cola, Under Armour and DKNY where she developed and implemented comprehensive, strategic media strategies.
Caroline holds a BA in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan and is an avid fan of food, football and film. She enjoys writing and performing sketch comedy all over Los Angeles in her spare time.
